- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist members with profile creation, profile updates, and account management.
- Guide customers in using matrimony platform features and services.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues within defined TAT.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely support.
- Follow up with customers on pending requests and issue resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and service delivery.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of customer interactions in CRM.
- Promote premium memberships and value-added services to eligible customers.
- Support membership renewals and customer retention initiatives.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and productivity targets.
- Maintain service quality standards and process compliance.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights for service improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
