We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Exterior Visualizer to transform architectural plans and civil drawings into photorealistic 3D exterior renders, walkthroughs, and elevation designs. You will work closely with our architects, civil engineers, and marketing team to bring building concepts to life for client presentations and promotional media.
Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D exterior renderings and elevations from 2D AutoCAD drawings/PDF blueprints.
Develop detailed 3D models of residential and commercial structures, including realistic lighting, textures, materials, and landscaping elements.
Produce camera animation walkthroughs and 360-degree interactive visual renders for client presentations and social media marketing.
Collaborate with project engineers and architects to ensure structural accuracy and design consistency.
Post-process and enhance rendered images using Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom for crisp visual appeal.
Maintain a well-organized library of 3D assets, textures, and material models.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Multimedia, or equivalent certifications in 3D Modeling.
Experience: [1–3+ years] of proven experience in architectural 3D exterior modeling and rendering.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in 3D software: 3ds Max, Lumion, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, or Blender.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (for reading 2D architectural plans) and Adobe Photoshop.
Strong understanding of architectural lighting, materials, camera framing, and spatial proportions.
Soft Skills: Creative vision, strong attention to detail, and ability to meet project deadlines.
