Job Description – Senior Sales Executive (Jewellery Retail)
Position: Senior Sales Executive / Jewellery Salesman

Salary: Starting from ₹22,000/- per month, depending on experience and capability
Job Responsibilities
- Attend and assist customers in the jewellery showroom with a professional and courteous approach.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Demonstrate strong salesmanship and customer-handling skills to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide detailed information about jewellery designs, workmanship, and products.
- Coordinate with Karigars (jewellery craftsmen) regarding jewellery work, customer requirements, alterations, repairs, and custom orders.
- Maintain proper follow-up with customers for orders, deliveries, and enquiries.
- Assist in managing the showroom and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Support the team during busy periods and the wedding/festival season.
- Ensure proper coordination between customers, Karigars, and management.
Candidate Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in jewellery sales or relevant retail sales.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery and Karigar work is preferred.
- Understanding of jewellery designs, manufacturing processes, repairs, and customization.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and sales skills.
- Honest, responsible, well-presented, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy seasons and extended working hours.
Working Hours
- Regular/Season Timing: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Working hours may vary depending on business requirements and workload, especially during the wedding and festive seasons.
Salary
- Minimum Salary: ₹22,000/- per month.
- Final salary will depend on the candidate's experience, knowledge, performance, and capability.
Preferred Candidate
An experienced jewellery sales professional with excellent customer-handling skills and good knowledge of jewellery Karigar work, capable of managing customer requirements and coordinating effectively with the showroom team and craftsmen.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
