Surface Grinder
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Setup: Secure workpieces to the machine table using magnetic chucks or vises, and dress or position the grinding wheel accurately.
- Operation: Control the machine to shave, smooth, or polish material, making precise adjustments to the feed rate, spindle speed, and depth of cut.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and surface roughness testers to ensure they meet exact blueprint specifications.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on the machine, including cleaning, replenishing coolants, and replacing worn grinding wheels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all factory safety protocols, ensuring guards are in place and the work area is free of debris.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
