Job Description:
Equipment Uptime & Breakdown Management
Ensure high uptime of all critical equipment and infrastructure systems including coffee machines, ovens, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and civil maintenance works through quick response and effective resolution of breakdowns.
Preventive Maintenance & SOPs
Implement and monitor structured preventive maintenance schedules for all engineering assets, civil structures, utilities, and equipment across outlets and central facilities to minimize reactive maintenance issues.
Outlet Upkeep & Facility Standards
Maintain high standards of outlet infrastructure, ambience, lighting, air-conditioning systems, plumbing, flooring, painting, and overall civil & mechanical facility conditions to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Vendor Management
Lead and supervise internal engineering teams including Civil and Mechanical maintenance staff, along with external contractors and vendors. Ensure accountability, adherence to response timelines, quality standards, safety compliance, and cost control.
Capex Planning & New Store Support
Support new store projects including civil works, MEP coordination, equipment installation, fit-outs, renovation activities, and project execution in coordination with Projects and Operations teams.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
