Key Responsibilities:
- Handle appointment scheduling, billing, and inquiries
- Coordinate with pet parents and ensure smooth front-desk operations
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance at the front desk
Skills Required:
- Multilingual is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and billing system knowledge
