About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, polished, and relationship-driven Membership Sales Executive to represent our exclusive Business Club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new members, nurturing relationships with entrepreneurs, business leaders, CXOs, professionals, and HNIs (High Net Worth Individuals), while delivering a premium member experience throughout the sales journey.
This role demands exceptional communication skills, consultative selling ability, networking expertise, and a passion for luxury hospitality and elite business communities.
Key ResponsibilitiesMembership Sales
- Generate new membership enquiries through networking, referrals, corporate outreach, and events.
- Sell annual and lifetime club memberships.
- Conduct personalized club presentations and property tours.
- Understand prospective members' business and lifestyle needs.
- Recommend suitable membership categories and benefits.
- Consistently achieve monthly and annual membership sales targets.
Business Development
- Build relationships with CEOs, entrepreneurs, founders, investors, professionals, diplomats, and corporate leaders.
- Develop strategic alliances with corporates, chambers of commerce, industry associations, and premium brands.
- Generate corporate memberships and referral partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to increase membership revenue.
Lead Management
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Follow up on inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Prepare membership proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate within company guidelines.
Networking & Events
- Represent the club at business networking events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Invite prospective members to exclusive club events.
- Develop relationships that result in qualified referrals.
- Promote club experiences to high-value prospects.
Member Experience
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Coordinate with operations to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain relationships with existing members for renewals and referrals.
- Resolve member concerns professionally.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- MBA is an advantage.
- 2–6 years of experience in luxury sales, premium hospitality, business clubs, luxury real estate, banking, or high-end lifestyle services.
