Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
Manage employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
Address employee queries and support conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Handle employee exit formalities, including full and final settlements.
