Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage prospective students, parents, and leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Present and explain educational programs, courses, and learning solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the admission process.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for seamless onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant sales certifications are an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Admissions Counseling, or EdTech Sales.
- Experience in educational course sales is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on conversions.
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

- Headset with microphone preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
