Logistics Executive
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (On-site role)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh to manage day-to-day logistics and transportation operations related to port movements and shipment coordination from our Indore office. The role involves handling truck logistics, coordinating with transporters and internal teams, ensuring timely dispatches and deliveries, and maintaining smooth operational flow across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations including shipment tracking, dispatch coordination, and documentation.
- Coordinate with transporters, port authorities, warehouses, and internal departments for timely deliveries.
- Monitor truck movement and resolve logistics-related issues or delays efficiently.
- Maintain logistics records, reports, and shipment updates through CRM or operational systems.
- Ensure compliance with transportation and operational procedures.
- Support process optimization to improve operational efficiency and reduce delays.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or port operations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and truck logistics management.
- Working knowledge of CRM/logistics software and operational reporting.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the PVC/polymer industry will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment with strong attention to detail.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
