About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven international sales experience to join our growing team. This role requires expertise in both B2B and B2C sales channels, with a strong focus on outbound calling and cold calling strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute international B2B and B2C sales strategies
- Conduct high-volume cold calling campaigns to generate new business
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across global markets
- Manage and mentor sales team members to achieve targets
- Develop and implement sales processes and best practices
- Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs
- Identify new market opportunities and business development strategies
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with international clients
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in international B2B and B2C sales
- Strong cold calling expertise and outbound sales skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing sales teams (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software (Zoho, Bitrix, Salesforce, or similar)
- Ability to work US shift timings (evening/night shifts)
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
