Job Summary:
We are hiring a Purchase Assistant to support procurement activities, manage vendor coordination, and ensure timely availability of materials. The role includes handling purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing materials and vendors for project requirements.
- Prepare and process purchase orders as per requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, delivery timelines, and follow-ups.
- Track material dispatch and ensure timely delivery to factory/site.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation.
- Compare prices and negotiate for cost-effective procurement.
- Coordinate with accounts team for billing and payments.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field.
- Basic knowledge of procurement and vendor handling.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
