- Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, and infrastructure, including inventory records and asset transfers.
- Oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Monitor and manage IT risks, including leased line and internet downtime.
- Provide technical support and assist the IT team in resolving issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective IT solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and software to improve IT operations.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements where necessary.
- Provide expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues.
- Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Coordinate with vendors for service, installation, and AMC support.
