Booking & Issuance: Create, modify, and issue tickets for domestic and international travel via phone, email, or in-person.Fare Management: Accurately calculate fares, taxes, and additional charges while finding the best travel itineraries for clients.System Operations: Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or Computerized Reservation Systems (CRS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo to process bookings.Cancellations & Refunds: Process itinerary changes, reissues, and cancellations in compliance with company and carrier refund policies.Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact to resolve passenger complaints, answer travel-related queries, and process special requests.
