Sales & Business Development
1. Convert leads into confirmed sales.
2. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
4. Develop corporate, restaurant, hotel, and institutional clients.
Lead Generation
5. Generate leads through references, networking, field visits, and digital platforms.
6. Build a strong referral network.
7. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Client Meetings & Presentations
8. Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and business meetings.
9. Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
10. Handle onboarding and agreement finalization with clients.
Follow-Up & Conversion
11. Ensure continuous follow-up until lead conversion or closure.
12. Maintain CRM and lead tracking records.
13. Re-engage inactive or lost leads.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
14. Coordinate sales and marketing activities.
15. Participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns.
16. Support social media and branding initiatives.
Market Intelligence
17. Monitor competitor activities and pricing.
18. Collect market feedback and customer insights.
19. Suggest improvements in products/services based on customer demand.
Coordination & Reporting
20. Coordinate with operations team for smooth client onboarding.
21. Submit daily/weekly sales reports.
22. Track collections for newly acquired clients.
