We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, practical knowledge of space planning, and the ability to transform client requirements into functional and visually appealing designs. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget. • Develop design concepts, mood boards, and layouts for residential & commercial projects. • Prepare 3D models, Rendering and presentations using design software (SketchUp, Lumion, etc.). • Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable design practices, and innovative solutions. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. • Proven experience (1–5 years preferred). • Proficiency in design software (SketchUp, Lumion). • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design practices.
