Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer with a proven track record of providing technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting IT problems, configuring systems, and managing the day-to-day operations of an organization’s IT infrastructure. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, night-shift environment while ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems, software applications, and related IT services.
- Manage and maintain user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions using Active Directory and M365.
- Resolve network-related issues, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity problems.
- Support printers, scanners, VoIP phones, and other peripheral devices to ensure continuous service.
- Ensure that anti-virus, patch management, and security policies are up-to-date on all systems.
- Efficiently log, track, and resolve incidents through the IT ticketing system.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and manage warranty claims.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation of IT configurations and changes.
- Assist with IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and office relocations as required.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN).
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, user profile management, and group policies.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, ManageEngine).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and end-users.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure in a night-shift role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Desktop Support or IT Support.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, MCSA, ITIL) would be a plus.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
