Key Responsibilities
- Fragrance & Formulation: Develop perfume/fragrance formulations, conduct trials, modify formulations, and
- achieve desired fragrance profiles.
- Production: Manage small-batch production, raw material handling, mixing, filling, and process documentation.
- Quality Testing: Conduct basic fragrance/perfume quality checks, stability/compatibility checks, sensory evaluation,and maintain quality records.processes.product readiness with minimal supervisi
- Packaging: Support selection/testing of bottles, caps, pumps, labels, packing materials, and filling/packing
- Compliance: Understand and follow relevant fragrance safety, IFRA, labeling, and regulatory requirements.
- End-to-End Ownership: Manage vendor/raw-material coordination, trials, troubleshooting, documentation, and product readiness with minimal supervisor.
Required Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of perfume/fragrance formulation and raw materials.
- Hands-on experience in perfume development, blending, and production.
- Knowledge of fragrance quality testing and sensory evaluation.
- Understanding of packaging and filling requirements.
- Knowledge of IFRA standards and basic regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication
Qualification
Degree/Diploma in Chemistry, Perfumery, Cosmetic Science, Fragrance Technology, or a related field is preferred.
