Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manager Accountant to join our KPO team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in financial accounting, preferably within a KPO, BPO, shared services, or outsourcing environment. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting processes, financial reporting, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee general accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account analyses.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Support audit processes and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Prepare management reports and financial analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Financial Accounting.
- Prior experience in a KPO/Shared Services/Outsourcing environment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling international clients and multi-country accounting processes.
- Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, or other international accounting standards.
- Strong stakeholder management and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per month
