Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in day-to-day coordination and customer follow-ups.
- Prepare and share quotations for sea/air freight and logistics services.
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for shipment execution.
- Maintain customer records, enquiries, and sales pipeline in CRM/ERP systems.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversion status.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and performance dashboards
- Coordinate with vendors (shipping lines, transporters, CHAs) for rate updates.
- Handle customer communication regarding bookings, schedules, and service updates.
- Support in resolving customer queries and service-related concerns.
- Ensure timely closure of documentation required for billing and collections.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
