Role:
Manage daily hotel operations, lead staff (15–20 members), ensure excellent guest experience, and maintain luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
- Handle guest issues and ensure satisfaction
- Manage budgeting, costs, and revenue
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with vendors and support marketing
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in hotel management/supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel software & MS Office
- English & Tamil required (Hindi is a plus)
Salary & Benefits:
₹28,000 – ₹30,000/month + incentives
