Job Requirements:
- Diploma /Degree (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation).
- Strong technical knowledge in(mechanical, electrical, compressor ,instrumentation, automation, etc. as per industry).
- Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions of air compressor,instrument ,valves.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
- Relationship-building and customer service orientation.
- Market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills for handling multiple clients/projects.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and report generation.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits, site surveys, and product demonstrations.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on new technologies and industry trends.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Coming up with strategies to identify levers for revenue growth
2. Acquiring new clients across different sectors such as Automobile, Paper & Pulp, Chemical, Fertilizer, Steel, Pharma etc
3. Strengthening relationships with existing clients to drive more repeat business
4. Gathering consistent feedback from the market for existing offerings and insights on competitor
5.Field Sales (not target based )
6.Travel (45-50%)
