**Working Schedule**
* **Days:** Monday to Saturday
* **Timing:** 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
**Key Responsibilities**
* Counsel prospective students regarding upGrad programs.
* Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
* Follow up with leads and maintain the admission pipeline.
* Achieve monthly admission targets while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
**Eligibility Criteria*
Minimum 2 year of experience as an Academic Counselor, Admission Counselor, or in EdTech Sales.
Excellent communication and counseling skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Ability to achieve admission targets.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
**Preferred candidates from Kolkata**.
