Role Overview:
We need a fast-response, conversion-focused inside sales executive who can handle online leads, telecalling, and data-based lead generation.
This role is ideal for someone who is consistent in follow-ups and strong in closing through calls/WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Handling & Telecalling
Handle leads from:
IndiaMART
Justdial
Daily outbound calling to new & existing leads
Follow-up until closure
Lead Conversion
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
Handle WhatsApp & email communication
Share product details, pricing & offers
Data Scraping & Lead Generation
Generate new leads from Google, social media, directories
Maintain and update lead database
Filter high-quality prospects
CRM & Reporting
Maintain daily call & follow-up records
Update lead status in Excel / CRM
Share performance reports
Required Skills:
Strong communication & convincing ability
Patience for continuous follow-ups
Basic Excel & computer knowledge
Fast response mindset
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
