Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support our HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, attendance management, and maintaining employee records while ensuring a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Handle employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Track attendance, leaves, and employee documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and company events.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Coordinate with different departments for workforce requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Knowledge of HRMS software.
- Ability to handle employee relations professionally.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
