We are looking for a Digital Growth Strategist who can think like a business owner, act like a marketer, and deliver like a closer.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling digital growth systems across paid ads, content, and lead funnels.
Your goal is simple: bring predictable leads & sales to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan & execute Meta, Google & Instagram ad campaigns
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels
- Write high-converting ad copy & offer messaging
- Track CPL, ROAS, conversion rates & funnel performance
- Create growth strategies for different industries
- Work with content & video teams for ad creatives
- Improve landing pages & WhatsApp automations
- Scale winning campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance ads
- Strong understanding of funnels, leads & conversions
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Knows how to read data & make optimization decisions
- Can think strategically, not just execute tasks
- Hungry to grow with a fast-scaling agency
Bonus Skills
- Experience with CRM, WhatsApp automation, Zapier
- Copywriting & offer creation
- Landing page builders (ClickFunnels, WordPress, etc.)
- E-commerce or local business lead gen experience
