Job Description
CRIB FACTORY is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Carpenter Trainees / Freshers to join our growing production team. If you have an interest in woodworking, furniture manufacturing, and learning modern production techniques, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of wooden furniture and wooden products.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and finish wooden components.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship throughout the production process.
- Follow production schedules and quality standards.
- Keep the workshop clean, organized, and safe.
- Learn modern woodworking techniques and manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- ITI in Carpentry is preferred.
- Candidates with any educational qualification and a genuine interest in carpentry are welcome to apply.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of woodworking tools is an added advantage.
- Passion for woodworking and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and teamwork.
