Qualification: BE Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: fresher or experienced in retail valuation.
Exposure to reviewing approved plans, retail valuation, permissions, and layout area calculations will be preferred.
Location of Work: Andheri East, Mumbai
Nature of Work: Office-based (no field work)
Specific Skills & Qualities:
- Knowledge of RERA laws will be an added advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
