About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B SaaS Sales Executive to drive business growth by selling custom software solutions, ERP, CRM, web applications, mobile applications, and SaaS products to businesses. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills with the ability to close high-value B2B deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities.
- Connect with business owners, decision-makers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and online/offline client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
- Follow up with prospects until closure.
- Coordinate with the technical team during project handover.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–2years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales, Software Sales, ERP, CRM, IT Services, or Digital Solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in consultative sales and solution selling.
- Ability to understand business processes and recommend technology solutions.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
