- Prepare duty rosters.
- Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions.

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
