HR Executive
Talent Acquisition & HR Operations
Mirabel Technologies | Hyderabad, India | Full-Time
About the Role
Mirabel Technologies is looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our growing Hyderabad team. This role is predominantly focused on Talent Acquisition (70%), with a complementary scope in HR Operations (30%). You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from building pipelines and sourcing top talent to closing positions — while supporting core HR administrative functions that keep our people processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for open positions across the organization — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates efficiently.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive headhunting, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus networks.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies and hiring plans tailored to each role and business function.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, and align on evaluation criteria.
- Leverage multiple channels — social media, professional networks, job portals, and industry events — to attract high-quality candidates.
- Continuously improve the candidate experience, from first touchpoint through onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional process.
- Analyze hiring metrics and funnel data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement in recruitment effectiveness.
- Research and implement innovative tools and platforms to enhance sourcing, assessment, and talent engagement.
HR Operations (30%)
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR data integrity across systems.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating documentation and compliance requirements.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including the annual health insurance coverage program.
- Contribute to the upkeep of HR policies, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Provide general HR support to employees and management, responding to queries with accuracy and discretion.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to HR Operations.
- Proven track record of successfully closing positions across diverse functional areas and experience levels.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employer branding, and candidate engagement techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in HR preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to engage confidently with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable working with HRIS or ATS tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Who Should Apply
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re someone who:
- Is a natural problem-solver who takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
- Dislikes procrastination — you move fast, follow through, and get things done.
- Gets energized by building things from scratch and putting structure where there was none.
- Loves the craft of talent discovery — finding the right people is a challenge you genuinely enjoy.
- Thrives in a collaborative, tech-forward environment and loves working with a team that balances ambition with fun.
- Is self-driven and persistent — you stay with a problem until it’s solved.
- Is excited to be based in Hyderabad — the City of Nizams — with its rich culture, cuisine, and vibrant professional ecosystem.
Benefits
- Comprehensive health insurance coverage for employees and immediate family — worth ₹5 lakhs annually.
- Work with a globally recognized media technology leader operating across 20+ countries.
- Inclusive, empathetic, and collaborative work culture that values innovation and personal development.
