Green Valley HR International is looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead and manage branch operations.
Position:
Branch Manager
Experience (Priority Requirement):
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Overseas Manpower Recruitment / Manpower Supply Industry (Mandatory)
- Experience in recruitment operations, candidate management, and team supervision
- Knowledge of Gulf recruitment and overseas hiring processes will be an added advantage
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good computer knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and online job portals
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional personality and positive attitude
- Ability to handle candidates, clients, and branch staff effectively
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines
- Good planning, reporting, and branch management capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily branch operations
- Lead and supervise the recruitment team
- Coordinate with clients, candidates, and head office management
- Ensure smooth recruitment and manpower sourcing activities
- Monitor branch performance and achieve business targets
- Maintain recruitment records, reports, and documentation
- Support business development and branch growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards
