Job Summary:
The Debt Collection Team Leader is responsible for managing and guiding a team of collection executives to recover outstanding payments from customers. The role includes monitoring team performance, ensuring targets are achieved, and maintaining professional communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the collection team on daily activities.
Assign accounts and collection targets to team members.
Monitor call quality and collection performance.
Ensure recovery targets are achieved on time.
Handle escalated customer cases and disputes.
Train and motivate team members to improve performance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of collection processes and recovery strategies
Problem-solving ability
Basic computer and reporting skills
Experience:
1-2 years experience in debt collection or recovery
1–2 years experience in team handling (preferred)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
