Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end production and project execution.
- Coordinate with designers, fabricators, vendors, and contractors.
- Prepare execution plans, production schedules, and installation timelines.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor fabrication, material procurement, and quality throughout production.
- Lead on-site installations and resolve execution challenges.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Track project costs and support vendor negotiations.
- Mentor and manage a small production team.
Required Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in production management within experiential marketing, exhibitions, retail fit-outs, scenic fabrication, custom interiors, or event production.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, materials, and production processes.
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, and installation teams.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Agency experience with luxury or premium brands is preferred.
- Existing vendor network will be an added advantage.
