We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Raw Material Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our chemical manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and ensuring timely availability of raw materials required for production.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and evaluate suppliers for raw materials related to dyes and intermediates
* Handle end-to-end procurement process including RFQ, price negotiation, and purchase orders
* Ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays
* Maintain strong relationships with vendors and develop new supplier networks
* Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability of raw materials
* Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts departments
* Ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies
* Maintain proper documentation of purchase records and contracts
* Follow up on deliveries and resolve any supply-related issues

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science, or related field
* 2–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement (preferably in chemical or manufacturing industry)
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Knowledge of raw materials used in dyes/intermediates industry is preferred
* Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
