Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions to identify suitable candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates and clients to obtain timely feedback.
- Assist the HR team with recruitment-related activities and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience & Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresher to 1 year in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
