- Conduct routine fluid checks, oil/filter changes, and inspections of fuel, lubrication, and cooling systems to prevent mechanical breakdowns.
- Use diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters) to identify mechanical engine failures or electrical faults in control panels and wiring.
- Perform load-bank testing to verify that generators can handle the required power output and meet peak demands.
- Provide on-call, 24/7 support to resolve critical power failures at facilities like hospitals or data centers.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities while ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulation
