We are seeking a dynamic E-commerce Manager to drive growth across our offline retail partnerships and online channels, ensuring seamless operations and elevated brand representation.
About the Role
The E-commerce Manager will oversee the brand’s digital sales channels, including our Shopify store, partner websites, and third-party marketplaces across global markets. This role is responsible for optimizing online performance, ensuring smooth operations, and aligning all digital touchpoints with the brand’s luxury positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and analyze performance across Shopify, partner sites, and online marketplaces (US & India).
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment, coordinating with logistics and inventory teams.
Manage online merchandising strategy — homepage layouts, product uploads, promotions, emailers in line with brand DNA.
Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and customer acquisition metrics.
Coordinate with platform partners for seasonal launches, campaigns, and collaborations.
Manage online stock availability, pricing updates, and promotional strategies.
Maintain relationships with payment gateway partners and troubleshoot transaction issues.
Prepare regular e-commerce performance reports and recommend growth strategies.
Ensure all creative assets and copy reflect the brand voice and luxury positioning.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience preferred).
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Understanding of online retail trends, customer journeys, and luxury consumer behaviour.
Creative mindset with the ability to merge data insights with brand storytelling.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
