Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR & Statutory Compliance Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations. The candidate will be responsible for employee records, payroll coordination, statutory filings, audits, and maintaining compliance with government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records and documentation.
- Handle statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Labour Laws, and other applicable regulations.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and compliance reports.
- Coordinate with consultants and government authorities for statutory matters.
- Maintain accurate employee data, attendance, leave, and payroll records.
- Support payroll processing and ensure statutory deductions are accurate.
- Handle employee joining, exit formalities, and full & final settlement documentation.
- Maintain statutory registers and records as required under applicable labour laws.
- Monitor changes in labour laws and ensure necessary updates in company policies and processes.
- Support internal and statutory audits by providing required documents and reports.
- Prepare HR reports and compliance documentation for management review.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee files and confidential HR records.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate.
- 1–4 years of experience in HR Operations and Statutory Compliance.
- Good knowledge of PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Labour Laws, and payroll processes.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kundrathur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
