Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Assist in the development and testing of custom software components to ensure quality and functionality.
- Document design specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio.
- Experience in designing and developing integrations within enterprise software environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application design.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate technical concepts clearly.
