Job Title: Human Resource Executive

Job Summary:
The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting a disciplined and productive work environment across all group companies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection
- Manage employee onboarding and induction process
- Maintain proper documentation for new joinees
2. Employee Tracking & Management
- Track employee attendance, leaves, and working hours
- Monitor employee lifecycle including joining, probation, confirmation, and exit
- Maintain performance and productivity records
- Ensure proper tracking of employee activities and reporting
3. Employee Records Management (Company-wise)
- Maintain and organize employee records separately for each company under the group
- Ensure accurate documentation of employee details including role, salary, attendance, and compliance
- Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical) for easy access and audits
- Ensure confidentiality and data accuracy at all times
4. Payroll & Compliance Support
- Assist in payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and leave data
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws
- Maintain statutory and employee-related records
5. Incentive & Performance Management
- Develop and manage employee incentive structures
- Track performance-linked incentives and maintain proper records
- Coordinate with management for evaluation and updates in incentive policies
6. Employee Relations
- Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment
- Support disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
7. Policy Implementation
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies
- Ensure adherence to company rules and guidelines across departments
8. Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain HR MIS reports and data
- Handle exit formalities including full & final settlements
- Support internal audits and management reviews
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of HR practices and labour laws
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools
- Working knowledge of Tally software for payroll and employee-related entries
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
- Prior experience in FMCG and/or Pharma industry will be preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
