Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting potential customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach prospective customers.
- Conduct field visits and client meetings.
- Promote and explain company products/services.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's Degree (mandatory).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Freshers can apply for Ahmedabad positions.
- 1–2 years of field sales experience preferred for Mehsana positions.
