This role requires a strong telecom background to effectively leverage experience in mobile devices, connectivity solutions, data plans, and multi-device ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage daily floor execution, host morning stand-ups, and run training sessions on new product releases (e.g., smart home tech, audio, TVs, and wearables).
- Sales Targets & Pipeline Management: Drive the team to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Assist in closing complex, high-value deals on the sales floor or in the field.
- Product Knowledge Mastery: Maintain expert-level knowledge of consumer electronics, competitor features, and emerging market trends.
- Customer Conflict Resolution: Intervene to handle complex customer service escalations, negotiate returns/exchanges, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Performance Reporting: Analyze sales data, track inventory levels of popular items, and provide actionable sales forecasts to upper management.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in consumer electronics or retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong ability to explain complex technical features to average consumers and troubleshoot basic hardware issues.
- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and team-motivation abilities
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
