Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive who can identify potential clients, pitch our IT services, generate qualified leads, and convert them into successful projects. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication, networking, and sales skills who are excited to grow with a startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through online and offline channels.
- Generate quality leads for IT services and software projects.
- Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and direct meetings.
- Understand client business requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings with the technical team.
- Prepare and deliver professional service presentations and project proposals.
- Follow up with prospects until project closure.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly project acquisition targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services and software development.
- Confidence in presenting business proposals.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in sales or business development is preferred but freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or business development is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and email outreach is a plus.
Compensation
- This is a performance-based commission role.
- No fixed salary during the initial stage.
- Attractive commission will be paid for every project successfully acquired and signed.
- Higher-value projects will receive higher commission payouts.
- Outstanding performers will be considered for a permanent role with a fixed salary, performance incentives, and annual salary hikes as the company grows.
