We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Visa Counselor to assist clients with immigration and visa application processes. The ideal candidate will assess client profiles, provide guidance on suitable immigration pathways, explain visa requirements, and ensure a smooth client experience from initial consultation to application submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients on immigration and visa options based on their profiles and goals.
- Assess eligibility for various visa categories and provide accurate information on requirements and documentation.
- Explain immigration processes, timelines, and associated costs.
- Guide clients in preparing and submitting complete visa application documents.
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing teams to ensure timely application handling.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to provide updates and address queries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in immigration counseling, visa consulting, overseas education counseling, or a related customer-facing role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Stay informed about changes in immigration policies and visa regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and ethical service.
- Achieve individual counseling and conversion targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of visa processes for countries such as Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, and Schengen countries.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Sales and client relationship management skills.
- 1–3 years of experience in immigration counseling, visa consulting, overseas education counseling, or a related customer-facing role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and counseling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
