Language Requirement (Mandatory):

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat in multiple languages.
- Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer issues.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate data updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalations.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and feedback.
- Understand product/service offerings and assist customers accordingly.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (multi-lingual).
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Basic account management understanding.
- Customer-centric approach with patience and professionalism.
Secondary Skills:
- Basic technical proficiency (CRM tools, ticketing systems, MS Office).
- Product/service knowledge and quick learning ability.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
