About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and design-focused Senior Architect with 5+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of architectural projects from initial concept through to final site execution. You will balance creative design innovation with structural reality, managing project deliverables, mentoring junior staff, and coordinates with clients and consultants to deliver high-quality spaces.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Design & Execution: Lead the conceptualization, development, and detailed design of architectural projects across our portfolio.
- Project Coordination: Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring timelines are met and coordinating seamlessly with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors.
- Technical Documentation: Supervise and approve comprehensive working drawings, municipal/authority submission drawings, and tender documents while ensuring strict building bye-laws compliance.
- Client Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients, presenting design proposals, material selections, and managing revisions.
- Site Supervision & Quality Control: Periodically visit project sites to review progress, resolve technical bottlenecks, and ensure construction aligns perfectly with approved drawings.
- Team Guidance: Mentor junior architects and draftsmen, ensuring high standards of technical drafting and modeling.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Experience: 5+ years of proven professional experience in a reputed architectural firm.
- Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Master of Architecture (M.Arch) from an institute recognized by the Council of Architecture (COA).
- Registration: Active COA registration number is highly preferred.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and modern BIM workflows.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of local building bye-laws, NBC (National Building Code) guidelines, construction materials, and costing/estimation.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹72,860.91 per month
