Roles and Responsibilities:
i. Provide trouble shooting and problem resolution assistance in areas of expertise to
customers. ii. Client interaction - collects the client requirement, understand the functionality,
analyze the impact and explain to Development team.
iii. Client on-boarding making understand software functionality and features.
iv. Remote-access and support through phone calls.
v.Ensure customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functional
capabilities and possible upgrades.
Academic Qualification:
BBA/B.Com/M.com/MBA Finance or related field
Trading domain knowledge (For Retail : Knowledge of Margin and general trading terms like
types of order , types of contracts etc), Knowledge of Capital Market
Experience with Broker /Banks/ Financial institute/Insurance preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
