About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Civil Engineer with strong expertise in Quantity Surveying (QS), Estimation, Billing, and Project Coordination to join our team at DH Infra Projects LLP.
In this role, you will play a key part in bridging site operations with financial management—working closely with architects, structural engineers, site teams, procurement, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate project costing, efficient commercial management, and smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Quantity Surveying & BOQ: Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ), rate analysis, cost estimations, and material takeoffs for building and renovation projects.
- Billing Management: Handle client billing, subcontractor bills verification, certification, joint measurement sheets (JMS), and variation management.
- Cost Control & Audit: Monitor project budgets, track commercial variations, handle material reconciliation reports, and maintain overall cost optimization.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate actively with architects, structural engineers, site engineers, procurement teams, and clients to keep project timelines and financials on track.
Qualifications & Key Skills
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 5-7+ years of practical experience in QS, Cost Estimation, and Billing within construction/renovation projects.
- Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and standard estimation practices.
- Competencies: Strong numerical accuracy, effective negotiation skills, and clear communication capabilities for cross-team coordination.
