Technical Support Executive Job Summary
IndiaRentalz is looking for a Technical Support Executive who can handle configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and support for laptops, MacBooks, desktops, and other IT rental equipment. The candidate should have basic hardware/software knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Configure laptops, desktops, and MacBooks as per client requirements
· Install operating systems, drivers, and required software
· Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
· Perform quality checks before dispatch
· Handle basic networking and internet-related troubleshooting
· Coordinate with operations team for deployment and pickups
· Maintain inventory status and device condition records
· Provide remote support to customers when required
· Ensure systems are cleaned, updated, and ready for rental use
· Support bulk setup requirements for corporate clients and events
Required Skills
· Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and MS Office
· Understanding of laptop/desktop hardware components
· Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues
· Knowledge of software installation and formatting
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Basic networking knowledge is preferred
Eligibility
· Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Hardware Networking, or related field
· Freshers with good technical knowledge can also apply
· Experience in IT support or hardware troubleshooting will be an added advantage
